The record adaptor has been designed to be used with your 45RPM records that no longer have the centers in them enabling you to play your old favorites. 

Fitting:

The adaptor is simply fitted over the spindle of your turntable and the record will fit the outside of the adaptor. then simply sit back switch on and enjoy the music.
