Clean power is essential for optimizing the performance of your system. The Shunyata Research Venom PS10 power distribution strip offers remarkable value, measurable noise reduction, and an integrated six-foot Venom NR power cable to a ready-to-go package. Featuring 20-amp capability, PS10 can support entire systems, high-current amplifiers, and everything in between.
True to Shunyata tradition, Venom PS10 takes its build quality seriously. Its triple-wide contact outlets hold power cord pins with a vicelike grip, optimizing peak current transfer and creating asecure connection possible. It nearly impossible to dislodge the power cords — unless they are removed by hand. Overall, Venom PS10 underlines the critical relationship between clean, uninterrupted power, and getting the best performance possible from your home-entertainment system.
Speaking of, the six-foot integrated Venom NR power cord drops measurable noise by >10dB across all frequencies, leading to improved detail and imaging, smoother highs, and more well-defined lows. Home theaters using Venom PS10 will display improved images and sharper colors. Film buffs will notice better depth perception, sharper contrast, and clearer pictures. Audio fans will notice better clarity and sonic definition.
Venom PS10 also comes equipped with a custom-manufactured Carling electromagnetic breaker, which is typically not found in products in this price class. The breaker silently protects against over-current conditions that could harm electronics. ( This safety breaker conveniently resets at the touch of a button. )

Shunyata Research's exclusive NR (Noise Reduction) technology is a multistage filter network that measurably reduces power-line and component-generated noise, producing greater sonic clarity and enhanced purity of tone. It delivers a stunning background of silence to recordings, allowing the listener to hear intricate, subtle details. Every nuance of meaningful content is revealed, bringing to life the music's most consequential moments, giving the listener the sensation of being in the same room as the performers.
Kinetic Phase Inversion Process
KPIP ( Kinetic Phase Inversion Process ) was developed by Caelin Gabriel after years of research into the underlying causes of various effects such as burn-in, wire directionality, and the effects of cryogenic treatment. He discovered that there was an underlying core principle that burn-in and cryogenics only partially addressed. Once the governing principle was understood, it became possible to create a processing technique and machine that could virtually eliminate the need for burn-in and cryogenic treatment.
Copper of the Highest Purity
Shunyata Research uses only the highest purity of copper available for the production of its wire products. OFE Alloy 101, or C10100, is the highest grade of copper with a minimum 99.99% purity and a conductivity rating of 101% IACS. OFE stands for oxygen-free electrolytic and supersedes the term OFHC ( Oxygen-free high conductivity ). C10100 is the only grade of copper that comes with a written certification of purity ( Certified by ASTM F68 C10100 ).
Power distributors react similarly to power amplifiers in terms of their sensitivity to vibration. Using the Shunyata vibration analyzer, Caelin Gabriel developed the Shunyata Isolation Footer, which possesses excellent measured vibration dampening characteristics.
